Registration

Every human genetic institution can register for an account at HGQN. With this they can use all the functions of the HGQN database.

Inclusion is free

The registration of a profile with all contact details, the classification in category "Genetic Counselling" and accessing data is free of charge.

Prices and methods of payment

Fees will be charged for

  • the "Institutions categorisation" with the exception of classification in category "Genetic Counselling"
  • inputs to the diagnostic list of your institution
  • participation in EQASs

The annual charges for the "Institutions categorisation" with the classification in category "Cytogenetics", " Molecular Cytogenetics", " Molecular Genetics", "Tumour Cytogenetics" and "Other settings" (Subtelomer analysis, Prenatal aneuploidy screening) are:
  • 100,00 Euro (plus VAT) for each diagnostic entry for your institution, if the institution is located in Germany and the leader of the institution is a member of BVDH.
  • 100,00 Euro for each diagnostic entry for your institution, if the institution is not located in Germany and the leader of the institution is a member of BVDH.
  • 280,00 Euro (plus VAT) for each diagnostic entry for your institution, if the institution is located in Germany and the leader of the institution is not a member of BVDH.
  • 280,00 Euro for each diagnostic entry for your institution, if the institution is not located in Germany and the leader of the institution is not a member of BVDH.

This base amount includes 6 disease entries in the diagnostic list of the institutions profile.



For additional disease entries in the diagnostic list of the institutions profile we charge the following fees:
  • 2,00 Euro (plus VAT) per month for each diagnostic entry for your institution, if the institution is located in Germany and the leader of the institution is a member of BVDH.
  • 2,00 Euro per month for each diagnostic entry for your institution, if the institution is not located in Germany and the leader of the institution is a member of BVDH.
  • 4,00 Euro (plus VAT) per month for each diagnostic entry for your institution, if the institution is located in Germany and the leader of the institution is not a member of BVDH.
  • 4,00 Euro per month for each diagnostic entry for your institution, if the institution is not located in Germany and the leader of the institution is not a member of BVDH.

The price of participation in EQASs:
  • 40,00 Euro for your institution, if the leader of the institution is a member of BVDH
  • 60,00 Euro for your institution, if the leader of the institution is not a member of BVDH

These invoices are payable according to the specifications in our general terms and conditions of use for the HGQN database.
